Please do ensure that no net-surfing by your ward is done at home without your supervision and close monitoring.
Children tend to pick up abusive language/foul words from the media and different sources without understanding their meaning. We are taking requisite measures to counsel and check them at our end and request you to take corrective action at your end too.
Kindly label all belongings and uniform of your children neatly with the name, class, section, and roll number of your child.
Your attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of a teacher or school in the presence of the child causes him/her to lose respect for the same and will hinder his/her progress.
Care must be taken of all school property. No student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls. Damage done should be reported at once to the class teacher. Any damage caused will result in penal action against concerned students.
No books (other than textbooks or library books), magazines, papers, VCDs, DVDs, USBs, mobile phones, or cameras should be brought to school.
Lending or borrowing of money or other articles is strictly prohibited.
The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is not advisable to bring valuable articles (like expensive watches, fountain pens, items of jewelry) to school.
Students who come to school with their escorts should never leave before the escort arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office.
The school reserves the right to suspend students whose progress in studies is unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
Parents and guardians of all students should contact the teachers on the PTM days to note the progress of their wards.
A student who uses unfair means during tests will be given no marks in the subject and a warning letter will be issued to this effect. Repetition of the same will result in suspension/expulsion.
A sick child should not be sent to school. In case of an emergency, the person must carry a letter from the parent to take the child home.
Students are not allowed to bring motorcycles/scooters or any kinds of motorized vehicles to the school. The school is not responsible for the bicycle parked in the school premises.
Parents are requested to keep a strict watch over their child to see if he/she ever brings home others' property. They are also requested to provide their child with sufficient things so that he/she does not resort to picking other’s materials.
The school insists on the maintenance of strict discipline. Any student who violates the set rules will not be allowed to attend the school. The principal reserves the right to dismiss any student found at fault.
Parents must attend the Parent-Teacher Meeting regularly.
Giving gifts to staff is strictly prohibited. Such action will be seriously dealt with.
Parents are requested not to interfere in the school administration. However, written suggestions are always welcome.
Attendance and Leaves
Regular Attendance: Students are expected to attend school regularly. Consistent attendance is essential for academic success and personal growth.
Late Comer Policy
Timely Arrival: Students are expected to arrive at school on time each day to ensure they don’t miss important instructional time.
Late Marks: A student who arrives after the scheduled start time will be marked late. If a student accumulates 3 late marks within a month, they will be sent back home for the day to avoid disrupting the learning environment.
Uniform and Dress Code
Proper Uniform: Students must wear the prescribed school uniform to school every day. The uniform should be neat, clean, and in good condition.
Footwear: Students should wear comfortable and appropriate footwear as part of their uniform. Sports shoes (for physical education classes) and formal shoes (for regular school days) are required.
Special Uniforms for Specific Activities: For physical education or other extracurricular activities, students should wear the designated sports uniform.
Hair and Grooming
Boys: Hair should be kept short and tidy.
Girls: Long hair should be tied back neatly. Any accessories (e.g., hair bands, clips) should be simple and only white in colour.
Jewellery and Accessories: Only minimal jewellery is allowed, such as stud earrings. Wearing multiple pieces of jewellery, chains or excessive accessories is prohibited.
Makeup and Nail Polish: Students are not allowed to wear makeup or nail polish to school.
