Student Dismissal Policy
- 📌 Parent: An application with a valid reason must be submitted along with clearance of all dues.
- 🚨 Disciplinary Actions: A student may be suspended or expelled by the Principal on the advice of the Disciplinary Committee for bad conduct or behavior detrimental to school discipline.
- ⚠️ Grounds for Dismissal:
- Irregular attendance
- Habitual idleness
- Disobedience or indiscipline
- Defiance of authority
- Lack of sufficient effort to improve behavior
- Threats to other students
- Exchange or use of mobile/electronic gadgets on campus
- Political activities on school premises
- Parental misbehavior or non-cooperation
- ⛔ Unauthorized Absence: Students absent for 3 days to one month attached to vacations without intimation will have their names struck off the rolls. Re-admission is subject to fresh admission fee payment.
- 📅 Admission Cancellation:
- 60% of the entire Tuition and Term fee is payable if canceled after the session starts.
- Post Term I, the entire school fee must be paid upon cancellation.
Issue of Leaving Certificate (LC)
- 📑 Application Process: Application for LC must be submitted at least one month in advance. LC will be issued only after all dues are cleared.
- 🔄 Duplicate LC: Not normally issued. A duplicate may be provided upon submission of an affidavit stating that the original LC is lost, along with a penalty charge.
- 📝 Bonafide Certificate: Issued upon parental request.
